However, we understand that various circumstances may necessitate a withdrawal from the transaction. Here are some situations where our refund & cancellation policy may come into play:
- Limitations on the quantity available for purchase
- Disputes and complaints
- Stock unavailability
- Order cancellation by the customer
- Non-receipt of payment
In the event that your order is either not delivered or is damaged during transit, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. If you receive only a portion of your order, we will issue a full refund and then only charge for the product(s) you received. Please allow us a period of 30 business days from the day the order was shipped. If you have not received the order after 30 days, or if you received any notification that your order was on hold or returned to the sender, please contact us and we will promptly address your request.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the products and we will issue a free replacement or refund for that product. Please note that we will not be able to address queries received after 45 days of delivery.
